Don't try price match with Staples. I had a $430 item price matched to MicroCenter at $230. I was told I would only be charged $230. I made the purchase. 3 hours later I get an email saying my price match was rejected, and my CC shows a $430 charge. After speaking with a supervisor, I'm told I can't get my money back. Absolute sleezy way to run a business
Yeah............ For all that it's a big store, that don't keep much in the store. Most of it's online, and the print center doesn't know what contact paper is? Really? The staff can be pushy about sales and not all that helpful. But it's in town, so there is that.
Went to the store to look at laptops seen in online sales af. Poor laptop display and no sales person available for assistance.
Don't ever get your phone screen replaced here. They destroyed some of the functionality of my phone when they took it apart and in addition the touch screen fails to respond about 60% of the time.
